Notes from Snow 1977, no. 94: "L. adopts Valmar's position that the art of illumination of the MSS of the CSM is of the French school. Cantiga 115 is mentioned (p. 7) along with four other accounts of the same tale, in French and Latin. Perhaps this has only limited use for some searching of sources or for comparisons of style and individual treatment, but it is a beginning for this cantiga." |
