V. reflects on how disappointingly few poems Alfonso writes that reflect the Galician reality of the pilgrimage city. On pp. 119-21, he comments these select poems and prints CSM 184. Later [see 1969], F. V. will expand this collection, but includes a different composition from the alfonsine corpus." |
