Commentary: Snow 1977, no. 46: "An early and exact, almost diplomatic, rendering of cantiga 408 ("D'espirital cilurgia") and of 309 ("Non deven por maravilla") from the Florence MS, whose variants were not used by Valmar in his 1889 edition of the CSM. T. calls Alfonso a pious writer with a meagre poetic gift."
