Commentary: Snow 2007: "S. wishes to fix a date and procedures for the return of the Mediterranean city to Christian hands. Using other alfonsine docs as well as CSM 328 (for its historical accuracy) he is able to hone in on September of 1260 as the date, and its cession to Alfonso by its Muslim tenants just before the 1261 uprisings."
