A priest grew blind and prayed to the Virgin to restore his sight, even if he could only see the mass. He fell asleep and the Virgin appeared to him. She promised to restore his sight while he saying mass the next day, and told him that he would be able to see for the duration of the service. The priest woke up and began the mass. The Virgin healed him. Once a day, from that time on, she restored his sight. |
